Non-Invasive Cardiologist

To join an academic division of 13 cardiologists and 5 advanced practice clinicians at the Bassett Healthcare Network in Cooperstown, NY. Bassett is an academic-model, multi-specialty group practice and hospital network in rural central New York State and a 2-year clinical campus of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. The position will be based at the Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown with participation in the Division’s outreach clinics. The Division of Cardiology and Bassett Heart Care Institute support a comprehensive program of services in cardiac imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and cardiovascular surgery. 

We are looking for an individual BC/BE in cardiovascular medicine who is interested in joining an established clinical practice and teaching medical students and internal medicine residents. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced training or experience in echocardiography and TEE. Candidates should qualify for an appointment to the clinical faculty of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons at the Assistant Professor level.
