Hospitalist - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital has a Medical Hospitalist opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a unique academic environment. We are a tertiary care, 180-bed hospital and level II trauma center. Bassett is affiliated with Columbia Medical School and is the designated campus for 3rd and 4th year medical students choosing non-urban training and has Internal Medicine and Surgery residency programs. We have a full range of subspecialty services with an existing Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant presence on various subspecialty teams. This Central New York facility draws patients from an eight-county region. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work one-to-one with a Board Certified Attending Hospitalist caring for medical inpatients. Candidates must possess NYS certification.
